Humbleness

Ever wonder how the grass in a lawn or a park withstands the thumping and stomping of feets. So many feets and behinds constantly on it, yet it stands up fresh and green every time one looks at it. Well.. here is the secret. Its the most humblest of all plant species. Every time someone steps on it, it bends over and humbles. When the feet or behinds lifts off, it springs back to position. Now does that teach something to mankind? Humbleness goes a long way. It can take any amount of thumping and stomping and still survives it. Humans can surely learn a thing or two from these humble grass.

I can see this weed as the most determined creature in this world. You can see it as a weed or an ornamental beauty. Wherever it is it grows with determination, you stamp it or you weed it. If you weed it its springs back without a delay. You stamp it with you heavy feet it bounces back at you, you play on it with your tender feet it caresses your feet but never looses its determination and never dies away.

Or should I just say it shows you your mentality like a mirror ??!!

Good introspection and nicely put. True in many ways. I wish we all could learn a thing or two from it..
